THURSDAY. As if you could tell from this Instagram snapshot, I am feeling quite green. Olives and forests, mostly. Just picked up a rich forest green knit for the holidays because I decided I had enough black for the time being. Today I pulled out this just-too-short-to-be-a-dress tunic top and tucked it into my trusty pair of liquid type pants which, God, I've been to death. I can't tell if I'll hate myself for doing so a decade from now... The tunic's boatneck, though, begged for a bold accouterment, so I untangled this emerald stone and gold chained costume piece I'd found at a vintage store in the spring. Then I realized that I have very little silver jewelry... The dilemmas I note only when trying to recreate an outfit I saw somewhere will probably prove to be never ending, so I might as well put together a few new wardrobe philosophies for 2014. In the meantime, down that hot cocoa, spiked or not.
